The Griffin Pub at 9 Chancery Lane in Bracebridge, Ontario has now transformed into The Griffin Gastropub

It has been our commitment to ensure that the integrity of the pub atmosphere remains intact, while adding a new and distinct, dining experience.
It is our mission to bring the flavours of the world to our patrons while predominantly using local ingredients. Along with our unique and bold dishes created by our chef, we feature over 50 different beers made exclusively by Ontario Breweries.

It has been our mission to marry culinary flavours with some of our provinces finest ales and lagers.
We are proud to present a "brewery of the month", selected from breweries within Ontario, which will include food and beer pairings, sampling trays and topped off with a brew master’s dinner.  So far, we have been sold out at every one of our brewmasters dinners and we thank those who have joined us at our sunday feast. 

We our proud to give the community that we grew up in a chance to experience new flavours and friendly faces in a responsible eco-friendly manner.
